IBM study: Showrooming takes a hit in 2013

In a study released today at NRF’s Big Show, IBM says it determined that while the amount of showrooming incidents inched higher in 2013, there was a nearly 20 percent plunge in online purchases as a result of the practice vs. the previous year.
