McD’s tests snow crab sandwich
February 10, 2017
Four McDonald’s in San Jose, CA have put snow crab on the menu. The sandwich, which was developed with the help of Ryan Scott, a local chef who has appeared on Top Chef and The Rachel Ray Show, consists of crab meat mixed with celery and mayonnaise. It is served with lettuce and tomato on a sourdough bun. If the test proves successful, the item may be rolled out to 250 McDonald’s locations in the San Francisco Bay area.
