Supreme Court to hear online sales tax case

The United States Supreme Court will decide if e-tailers from outside of South Dakota are subject to a state law that requires them to collect sales tax if they do more than $100,000 in business or conduct over 200 transactions in a year. A group of online merchants including Newegg, Overstock.com and Wayfair have challenged the law.
