Twitter users received notice from Parag Agrawal, the company’s chief technology officer, that they should exercise caution and change their login passwords. Twitter, according to Mr. Agrawal, “recently identified a bug that stored passwords unmasked in an internal log.” The company claims that it has seen no indication of breach or misuse due to the mishap.
