Bud Light makes an enemy of Big Corn with Super Bowl ad

Bud Light’s Super Bowl spot lightheartedly chastised competitors Miller Light and Coors Light for using corn syrup in their brewing processes. Although the ad didn’t exactly explain what’s wrong with that, the corn industry wasn’t pleased. “Bud Light, if you’re not standing with corn farmers, we’re not standing with you,” said Kevin Ross of the National Corn Growers Association in a video posted on Monday in which he poured the AB product down a drain.
