Senators question Amazon over alleged anti-union activity

Senators Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts have sent a letter to Amazon.com asking the company to provide a response to reports that appear to show it engaging in “potentially illegal anti-union behavior.” The letter follows Amazon’s recent announcement that it was increasing its minimum wage to $15 an hour beginning on Nov. 1.
